Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Prospect (prospect.wiki), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, whether on a free trial or a paid subscription.

What We Provide

Prospect is an AI-powered learning platform that transforms natural language queries into visual, hierarchical learning paths. Our features include:

  • AI-generated learning paths and knowledge maps
  • Interactive canvas with expandable nodes
  • AI chat for deeper exploration of any topic
  • Web search integration for real-time information
  • Path sharing via public links
  • Export to PDF, PNG, and Markdown

The service is provided "as is" — we continuously improve features but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use Prospect
  • One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

Subscription Plans and Payments

Prospect offers the following paid plans:

  • Starter — Limited to 30 paths per month, up to 30 chats per path
  • Pro — Unlimited paths, unlimited chats, export, advanced AI access

Both plans are available in monthly and annual billing. All plans include a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed by a trusted third-party payment processor.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to plan limits. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Refund Policy

Given the 7-day free trial available on all plans, refunds are generally not issued. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@prospect.wiki.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Prospect is produced by third-party AI models and may incorporate web search results.

Important:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information
  • Prospect does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for verifying and validating any information obtained through the platform
  • AI-generated learning paths should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

User Responsibilities

  • Use Prospect for lawful purposes only
  • Do not attempt to abuse, manipulate, or overload the service
  • Do not use automated tools or bots to scrape or interact with the platform
  • Do not use Prospect to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
  • Do not share your account credentials with others

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the queries you submit and the input you provide
  • AI-generated learning paths and node content are provided to you for personal and professional use
  • The Prospect platform, brand, logo, and underlying technology are our intellectual property
  • When you set a path to public, you grant Prospect a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users via the sharing URL

Fair Use

Plan limits exist to ensure fair access for all users:

  • Starter: 30 paths per month, up to 30 chats per path
  • Pro: Unlimited paths and chats

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that engage in excessive automated usage or abuse of the platform.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Limitation of Liability

  • Prospect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services we rely on to operate the platform

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abuse, or non-payment
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Prospect after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
